ReeFlex is a highly innovative 0.035" PTA catheter design, based on ClearStream's successful ReeKross, reconfigured to enable the contralateral approach to be used, while maintaining the extraordinary 100% pushability of the ReeKross.
Durable Balloon
The ReeFlex is equipped with ClearStream's acclaimed "QuadFlex" balloon noted for its durability in highly calcified vessels. The balloon is noted for its parallel surfaces, smooth inflation and perfect straightness and no "dog-bone".
Longest Balloon
The balloons are supplied in the wides range of balloon sizes available on the market for PTA up to the world's longest at 220mm.
Contralateral approach
The unique feature of the ReeFlex is the utilisation of ClearStream's "KrossLock" technology along the full length of the shaft to give the completely unique degree of pushability and flexibility. This enables the catheter to track smoothly over the wire over the arch even when acute angles are encountered. When the catheter encounters resistance entereing the lesion, the KrossLock segments engage and the catheter becomes 100% pushable enabling maximum force to be transmitted to the tip of the catheter to accomplish the crossing of the lesion. The procedure may be performed through the true lumen or the subintimal layer.

The unique ClearStream KrossLock Technology enables almost 100% of push and torque to be transmitted from the hub right to the end of the catheter tip. Extended KrossLock enables the KontraKross PTA catheter to be used in the contralateral approach.
