The Bantam a is a unique PTA Catheter specifically designed to treat the most difficult distal lesions in the lower limb vasculature. The new catheter design of the Bantam a enables the interventionalist to achieve greater success in treating infrapopliteal lesions in patiens with Critical Limb Ischaemia.
Longest Balloon Bantam a is available with balloons up to 220mm in length, the longest on the market, allowing for shorter procedures and greater convenience.
Durable Balloon Material The QuadFlex balloon has exceptional durability, even in the most calcified lesions, as proved in recent registries. The balloon also has excellent rewrap characteristics, ensuring a low profile is maintianed even after multiple inflations.
Exceptional Pushability The design of the Nylon Coaxial Shaft of the Bantam a gives it exceptional pushabiilty, combined with excellent trackability and flexibility. In conjunction with its low profile, these features of the Bantam a allow access to the most challenging lesions in distal vessels below the knee, e.g. in the pedal and plantar arteries.
Broad range of Catheter Lengths Bantam a is available in catheter lengths of 100cm, 130cm and 150cm, allowing for a variety of access sites, including the brachial artery, to be used.
